1. Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in the same condition you received it: unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
- Product Note: For gardening spray bottles and plant care tools, items must show no signs of heavy use, staining, or damage
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
Non-returnable items: Gift cards and customized gardening tools
Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
3. Return Process
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Step 2: If your return is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions or a return label.
Step 3: Securely pack the item to prevent damage during transit and attach the return label if provided.
4. Return Shipping Fee & Restocking Fee
Defective/Damaged Products:
If the product is defective, incorrect, or damaged during shipping, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Customer Remorse:
If you ordered the wrong item or no longer want it, we aim to provide a customer-friendly return experience. Return shipping details will be provided upon approval.
Restocking Fee:
We do not charge any restocking fees on returns.
